We visited this facility more than once. During today's visit, the team on duty did a great job taking care of my wife. The blood draw was done perfectly. We secured her needed prescription. Dr. Felicia Gray was excellent. Ample free parking. Our appointment was at 8:15 AM, and we were taken care of promptly.

I was greeted with A smile and Politeness. Called Back for check-in immediately. Very thorough and very nice also. Felicia is very thorough. She listens And encourages very knowledgeable about my welfare. I very much enjoyed my visit. Left with everyone say hi. Felicia and the staff at Collierville Family Health are warm, welcoming, and yet professional. Visits are on-time, unhurried, and helpful. Their patient portal is user-friendly, and effective. E.g., My lab work is usually performed, with results back (via the portal) within 3 days. BC

Great first time with Felicia. Hopefully stays longer than previous NP. Still waiting for pharmacy refill that I requested to be filled.
